Sarah Kavanagh B.Ost(Hons)

Senior Osteopath

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a fully qualified and GOsC-registered osteopath, and I’ve been practicing since graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2006 with a BOst(Hons). Over the years, my passion for helping others has grown, particularly in the area of women’s health.

This led me to complete a two-year diploma in women’s health through the College of Non-Musculoskeletal Osteopathy, allowing me to offer deeper, more tailored support to women at every stage of life.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the postpartum period, or recovering from surgery, my goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and at ease in your body. I work with conditions such as chronic pelvic pain, prolapse, post-breast cancer recovery, and scar care, using a gentle, holistic approach that blends hands-on treatment with thoughtful movement and exercise guidance.

I believe that healing is deeply personal, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel listened to, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud wife and mother to two beautiful children. Staying active is an important part of my life—I love running and playing netball, and I carry this belief in the power of movement into my work with every patient.

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to reconnect with your body, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to better health and well-being.

Phoebe

Phoebe Lavery-Wall M.Ost

Senior Osteopath

I’m a fully qualified and GOsC-registered osteopath, and I’ve been in practice since completing my Masters in Osteopathy in January 2017. I work with people of all ages, suffering from a variety of aches & pains but I have a particular interest in paediatrics, women’s health and headache management.

Much of my practice focuses on supporting women during and after pregnancy, as well as caring for babies and children using gentle, age-appropriate techniques. I’ve completed postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy, which I often incorporate into treatments—especially with babies, those seeking a lighter approach, or people experiencing chronic tension.

I also have a strong interest in helping people manage recurrent headaches and migraines. Whether related to posture, tension, or lifestyle factors, I take a whole-body approach to help identify potential contributing factors and offer relief through hands-on treatment and advice.

I aim to provide thoughtful, individual care that supports day-to-day comfort and quality of life.

My treatment style is hands-on, calm and tailored to you. I always take time to listen, assess thoroughly, and work with you to create a plan that feels right for your body and your goals.

Emilijah

Emilija Rudyte M.Ost

Osteopath

I am a fully qualified and GOsC registered Osteopath. I graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London.

I utilise an extensive range of osteopathic and soft tissue techniques, alongside targeted exercise prescription and I’m also qualified in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) and kinesiology taping. This combination enables me to incorporate a great variety of techniques into your personal treatment plan.

I have a particular interest in Pain Neuroscience, and my study of this subject is ongoing.

Through adopting a biopsychosocial approach, I aim to improve your overall quality of life; enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and encouraging autonomy.

I’m here to provide you with holistic and personalised care. Not only do I want to improve your presenting symptoms, but I also strive to identify and treat the underlying cause, which is pertinent to long-term management.

Growing up, I was a competitive acrobatic gymnast, and at 16 I started CrossFit. The high competitive level I gained in these sports has given me a strong understanding of how the body moves, performs and responds to the physical demands of sport.

I was born in Lithuania and moved to the UK in 2004, so I speak both English and Lithuanian fluently.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me immersed in a book with a coffee and my two cats, exploring new music genres, or working on my car.

Tristan

Tristan Hill B.Ost

Senior Osteopath

Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Tristan Hill a fully qualified GOsC registered Osteopath. Osteopathy is a medical profession that many have heard of, but a relative few have had first hand experience with. Before I talk about osteopathy in the present, let me fill you in on its past.

Osteopathy was founded in America in 1874 by Dr Andrew Taylor Still, a frontier doctor. Medicine was very much in its infancy, drugs were ineffective and if you were lucky enough to survive surgery without anaesthetic then you often died of an infection.

As time went on Dr Still followed a different path from many of his peers avoiding alcohol and administering crude drugs. This drove him to seek new methods of treatment. The outcome of his research was application of physical treatment as a specialised form of treatment for which he coined the term ‘Osteopathy’. In 1892 Dr Still organised a school in Missouri, for the teaching of osteopathy and it was from these small beginnings that osteopathy was brought to the United Kingdom. The first school of osteopathy was set up in London in 1917, the British School of Osteopathy, and this is where I completed my training.

In 1998 every osteopath who wished to be known as an osteopath had to join the statutory register. The register was established by the General Osteopathic Council to maintain standards in the profession, and therefore increase public safety.
